Factory Sourcing. |

We choose the factory that best fits your needs.
A detailed specification of your requirements is created, and sent out to multiple suppliers. We then review bids and responses to ensure we select the best options that best suit your product and budget.

We Collect Bids from Suppliers.
Our teams and network of factories will work together and prepare a quote for you. Once we have that done, we will discuss your options with you, and finalize an agreement. Once the quote is agreed upon and finalized, a deposit is made.

Confirm Your Design.
Once the factory is approved pre-production samples for approval are available.

Factory Oversight.
When you have accepted the sample design, we repeat the review process with the supplier and emphasize and ensure improvements made during sampling are implemented. We have our eyes and ears on the factory floor to ensure production goes smoothly.

Quality Control. |

At the end of the production, we will make a full Quality Control report to ensure the order is up to spec.
